It's a Holiday FLIP!
As usual, I picked up this easy-money FLIP on the SECOND DAY of an estate sale. No one bothered to look it up to FLIP on the first day and I got for just $5. It sells on eBay for $100.
Yes, it will be a little bit more work to pack it and ship it, and if the profit was lower, I would have considered passing. But this one was an easy choice to turn $5 into $100 with a single item.
